Supplies Needed

All supplies are to have child’s name on it

Smock or old shirt

Large crib sheet, pillow and blanket. This is needed if your child stays past 1:OOpm. Each week the sheet, pillow and blanket will be sent home to be washed.

One extra-large or jumbo zip lock bag big enough to fit the crib sheet, pillow and blanket. It needs to be a zip lock for sanitary purposes.

$20.00 for your child’s sleeping mat, if your child stays past 1:OOpm. The State of New Jersey requires that we have a specific sleeping mat for sanitary purposes. The mat will be your child’s for as long as they attend school.

Extra clothing that includes: shirt, pants, socks and underwear. These clothes will be left in your child’s book bag.

Copy of your child’s Immunization Records and Birth Certificate

If your child is not potty trained we ask that you provide us with enough diapers and baby wipes to last at least a week. Diapers are changed at 10:30, 1:00 and after nap. If your child is in need of a diaper change between these times, they will also be changed. All children should be potty trained by 3 years old.
